- Confident knowledge of C++<br />
- Deep knowledge of one of components of gaming technologies (3D Graphics, Physics, AI, Sound, Network etc.)<br />
- Management experience, or desire and ability to take responsibility for a department or certain area<br />
- Ability to write clean and understandable code<br />
- Excellent English communication skills<br />
- Knowledge at a user level one of 3D and/or 2D graphics editors<br />

<p>When developing <Strong>Collapse: the Rage</Strong> we made the gameplay more interesting and replayable. We wanted to give the players possibility to make meaningful choices in a fightand make the fights more dynamic.</p>
<p>And we did that! The Fighting mechanic is not only about combat but making interesting about things like what to get from a dead enemy:  experience, health, rage or energy? Now players not only master the abilities, but also make the decisions and think ahead..</p>
<p>During Russian Game Developers Conference 2010 (KRI) <Strong>Collapse: the Rage</Strong> was awarded as “KRI 2010: Best Game Design”!</p>
<p>But we did all that for the gamers not for a jury. And we hope you&#8217;ll be pleased with our new game &#8211; <Strong>Collapse: the Rage</Strong>.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>During Russian Game Developers Conference 2008 (KRI) Collapse was awarded  “KRI 2008: Best action-game”!</p>
<p>In addition to the others features of the game, we were concentrated on graphics when developing  <strong>Collapse: the Rage</strong>. <strong>COLLAPSE</strong> has nice visuals but we want to make the picture more technologically strong.</p>
<p><strong>These are some of the improvements we’ve made:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>the level of detail  has been drastically increased (normal maps and additional detail maps on the all objects)</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>dynamic light with shadows  from the all level objects, direct lightmaps, dynamic ambient occlusion (ambient lighting)</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> strong particle system including &#8216;geometrical particles&#8217; (blood, dismemberment )</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> post-render effects (explosions, Rage mode, dynamic programming color correction and other effects)</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> special effects based on geometric calculations (varied large-scale decals, piece-by-piece destruction, complex trails from the sword and bullets)</li>
</ul>
<p>But the technology shown in the KRI-demo isn&#8217;t final. By release we plan to improve the graphics to make <strong>Collapse: the Rage</strong> more appealing, expressive and dynamic game!</p>
